Project inquiry information

What we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we collect the contact details, project information, consent, and optional phone number you provide. We also store limited campaign attribution such as UTM values or an advertising click identifier when one is present.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate your project, contact you, prepare next steps or a proposal, and understand which marketing efforts produce legitimate inquiries. We do not place personal contact details in advertising URLs.
Security and retention
Inquiry records are stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Network addresses are transformed with a keyed one-way fingerprint used only in short-lived abuse-prevention counters; neither the raw address nor that fingerprint is stored with the inquiry. We keep project history while it is useful for the business relationship, legal obligations, and operational improvement.
Sharing and choices
We do not sell project inquiry information. We may use service providers that host or protect the site and its records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing hello@desmadrestudio.com.
